Embracing Vulnerability: You’re Not Going Crazy
I’ve struggled with emotional boundaries my whole life. I even left a career as a psychotherapist in my 20s in part because of it! In this fifth video in the Embracing Vulnerability series, I talk about the origins of my own empathic childhood, holding the emotions of my family members, and how I literally thought I was crazy for the better part of my childhood and young adult years. Here is what I learned about distinguishing what is mine from what is not, and maintaining my boundaries as an empath and intuitive in a world of people who need us so much.
